computer, hang up the phone as it's a Scam. If
you have caller I.D. on your phone and can see
their phone number it usually says "unknown
name or out of area". Microsoft doesn't call
anyone about this, it's a group of thieves outside
of the country looking to steal your credit card
info and money if you give it to them.
